On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper. Using a spoon, pour small heaps of chocolate onto your baking sheet. Using a small spoon dipped previously in water, spread the chocolate to form circles about 4 cm in diameter. Place in the refrigerator and let harden for at least an hour.
